Meet the ITP 2011 Participants: Lydia Avikoke Timona

I am Lydia Avikoke Timona, born in Kenya from Luhya community. I work for National Museums of Kenya as a Curator/Manager of Meru Museum.

I did my O level in 1997 at Matuga Girls high School, there after joined University of Nairobi where I pursued my Bachelors Degree in Anthropology. I later did my Masters Degree in Project for Development at the University of Turin – Italy in 2008 and now planning to do PhD.

I like making friendship, traveling, networking, and mainly working with communities on development.
