ITP Diary 14th August 2014 : Hayk Mkrtchyan
Hi everybody,
This is the 11th day of our stay in London within the International Training Program of the British Museum.
Today our group in the Middle East Department had a very interesting session with curator Alexandra Fletcher about how to create the architecture of the exhibition. Within the session we worked in groups creating our ideas on how to display the object.
Lunch was followed by another interesting session by St John Simpson about the collection of postcards, photo albums, photographs of the British Museum dating 19-20th cc. That was really exciting and interesting collection.
Later at the day I visited a museum by myself looking forward to practice what I have already learnt from the program.
