Get involved with the Shanghai Museum’s Logo and Mascot Design Competition!
I would like to share an exciting message from Lisa Liyi XU, Cultural Exchange Office, Shanghai Museum (China, ITP Fellow 2018).
Lisa tells us that the Shanghai Museum has launched a logo and mascot design competition!! The competition is open to everyone from all over the world who would like to demonstrate their creativity and abilities regardless of experience or profession. Entries may be made individually or as an organisation or group.
The Shanghai Museum was founded in 1952 with the aim to preserve, study and display ancient Chinese art. Housing over one million objects, the Museum is especially renowned for its world-class collections of ancient Chinese bronzes, ceramics, paintings and calligraphy.
Alongside with ancient Chinese art, the Museum also hosts special exhibitions from the rest of the world with an aim to promote better understanding between different cultures for visitors both domestic and abroad. It also plays an active and vital role in sharing knowledge, research and experience with global colleagues and art lovers.
From now until 31 August 2019, you can submit your designs to the Shanghai Museum by email.
Please check the document attached to find out more and you can visit the Museum’s official website at www.shanghaimuseum.net for more information about the Shanghai Museum and to download materials for the competition.
Good luck to anyone who submits an application!!
