Hayam Ahmed Mohammed

Biography

Hayam is currently working as an Inspector at the Ministry of Antiquities in Egypt.

At the British Museum
During her time on the International Training Programme in 2009, Hayam was based in the Department of Egypt and Sudan and her partner placement was spent at Manchester Museum and Manchester Art Gallery.

An element of the programme was a morning of presentations, in which groups of participants presented a 10-minute illustrated talk, prompted by the task to consider a new display of the fellows’ cultures at the British Museum.  Hayam’s exhibition proposal was entitled Spreading Light and Beauty: The Mishkah of Sultan Hassan.
